Exchanges & Refunds

if something happened during shipping, please send me a message to review what happened and try to find a solution.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify that I have received your returned item.
If your purchase was a unique piece/custom I keep the right to refund the money without the chance to fix the piece and return to you(if for some reason, damage is too much, in some cases is just too expensive to fix it and shipping you again).
All my products are hand made, and some minor variations can happend during production, keep this in consideration if your purchase was part of a limited run.

Refunds are only made to paypal account. I’ll not cover paypal fees on this cases.
